Welcome to the Galatea Method.
I am so glad to have this opportunity to help you improve your health. Thank you for the honour of your trust as I work and serve as your guide along the path to wellness. I sincerely commend you for taking the important step of becoming responsible for and an active participant in your own healthcare and not acting only as a passive observer, with the view that it is for someone or something else to make everything better.
My life's mission has been devoted to helping others. I do this in part by applying my training and experience to provide you with personalized, high-quality healthcare on an as needed and prevention basis.
My unique approach that I call "The Galatea Method" is my life's work and is a combination of many incredible modalities including Classical Homeopathy, Advanced Bowen Therapy, McTimoney Chiropractic, Holistic Nutrition, Live & Dry Blood Cell Analysis, Body Control Pilates, Iridology, as well as proprietary techniques that I have developed over the years to provide a holistic approach to wellness.
The Galatea Method is a complete therapeutic system of medicine and is a gentle, comprehensive approach to relieving many symptoms and complaints associated with muscles, joints, ligaments, and nerves. It helps to allow the body to use its innate and powerful ability to heal itself.
Other specific conditions treated include: sciatica, headaches, fertility issues, female hormone issues, hip, knee, and foot pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, low back pain, digestion issues, concussions, and prostate issues.
The Advanced Bowen Technique is unlike any Bowen Therapy treatment you may have received prior or elsewhere. Ady uses her vast knowledge of the body and years of experience with other modalities from around the world to bring you this unique treatment.
The Advanced Bowen Technique supports Ady's belief that the body cannot be treated in fragments, everything in our body is connected and we must support the entire being if we are to heal. This technique addresses every system in the body from our individual cells to our internal organ system and musculoskeletal system. This supports healing on all levels and usually achieves profound relief for a wide range of conditions after one treatment, but most people need three to six treatments depending on the issue presented.
Classical Homeopathy is a system of medicine based on the principle of “like cures like”. Patients who exhibit symptoms of disease are treated with administrations of minute doses of substances. This stimulates the individual’s natural healing processes in order to restore and maintain health.
Homeopaths are trained health care practitioners who observe and assess the totality of signs and symptoms that patients express and treat these symptoms accordingly and naturally. This totality refers to taking all the symptoms a patient exhibits at a physical, mental and emotional level, and prescribing the remedy that best matches these symptoms.
Deep tissue therapy reaches far beyond the superficial tissues to remove and reverse built up internal scar tissue, thus freeing you from the cycle of pain and discomfort. Deep tissue therapy effectively reverses chronic and acute muscular and skeletal problems. This form of treatment also addresses injuries, muscle loss (atrophy), pain, discomfort, internal scar tissues and crystallization of the body.
The Galatea Method looks at nutrition as another way to restore balance within the body. Those who practice this method do not believe in “diets” rather sustainable lifestyle changes that will support a patient on their path of healing. Our approach to nutrition is based on an individual patient's health, lifestyle and symptomatology. This information guides the correct course of treatment required to support the patient. Holistic nutrition looks at each aspect of one’s life style and tailors a plan that allows one to feel empowered and excited about their health.
The Galatea Method utilizes iridology analysis to support conventional and differential diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. Iridology allows us to assess our well being and provides pathways that we can follow to ensure we remain physically, psychologically and emotionally fit.
The Galatea Method is very excited to share the news about our new student clinic. Starting May 1, 2024 on Wednesday afternoons from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm we are offering 1 hour treatments. These treatments will consist of a full body treatment from Ady along with explanation while two students are present who are eager to learn and be part of your treatment plan.

Live blood cell analysis differs from traditional medical blood testing in which preserved blood is sent to a laboratory for an "autopsy" and analyzed for chemical composition and cell counts. Live blood work involves magnifying a single living drop of blood, taken from a fingertip prick, to 1,000 times or more under a microscope. The cells of the blood live for at least 20 minutes and, with the aid of a videocamera, are observed on a monitor, revealing certain subtleties missed by laboratory blood tests.
Although diseases themselves cannot be actually seen under a microscope, live blood cell analysis allows altered "blood ecology" patterns to be observed. Live blood cell analysis can reveal distortion of red blood cells which reflect nutrition status, especially low levels of iron, vitamin B12, folic acid and fatty acids. Incomplete or undesirable bacterial and fungal by-products may also be revealed.
